Delete your account.
You can permanently delete your Planli account directly in the iPhone app. The process is immediate and includes a clear review and confirmation step.
Applies to Planli 1.0.1 and laterDelete in four steps
- Open Planli and tap Me.
- Open Planli account, then tap Delete account.
- Review the information that will be removed and type DELETE.
- Tap Permanently delete account, then confirm Delete forever.
If deletion succeeds, Planli signs you out, clears its local data from that iPhone and returns to onboarding.
What deletion removes
- Your Planli profile, authentication account, profile photo and push-notification registrations.
- Shared calendars you own, including their plans, membership and outstanding invitations.
- Cloud events you created in shared calendars owned by other people.
- Your membership of calendars owned by other people.
- Personal plans, copied calendars, preferences, saved ideas and daily to-dos stored by Planli on that iPhone.
Deletion is permanent. Other members may lose access to an owned calendar and its plans as soon as deletion completes.
Your Apple Calendar is not changed
Planli removes only its own stored copy. Events and calendars in Apple’s Calendar app are never deleted by account deletion. iPhone permissions remain controlled in Settings.
Content another person created, or information they keep independently outside Planli, is not part of your account and may remain with them. Short-lived security or backup records may also remain where required for service integrity or law, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Can’t access the app?
If you cannot access Planli to use the in-app deletion control, email support@planli.co.uk from the email address associated with your account and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting.
Do not send a password or one-time sign-in code. We aim to respond to verified privacy requests within one month, and usually much sooner.
