Why can’t I see a calendar?
In Planli, open Me → Calendar connections, refresh the list and make sure the calendar is selected. If access is off, tap Open iPhone Settings and allow Calendar access.
Quick answers for calendars, sharing, sign-in and notifications. Most things can be fixed in a minute, and we’re here if you need a hand.
In Planli, open Me → Calendar connections, refresh the list and make sure the calendar is selected. If access is off, tap Open iPhone Settings and allow Calendar access.
Check Me → Notifications and confirm alerts are enabled in iPhone Settings. Shared-plan notifications also require you to be signed in and connected to the internet.
Open Me → Your people and tap Add. Create a shared calendar or choose an existing one, then send its private invitation link through Messages, Mail or another app.
Request a new secure email code and use only the most recent one. Check junk mail and make sure the email address is entered correctly. Never share a sign-in code with anyone.
Connected Apple calendars remain the source of truth unless you deliberately add a plan to one. Imported copies are separate and editable inside Planli.
Open Me → Location access and enable local suggestions. Planli uses an approximate location while the app is active; you can turn it off at any time.
Confirm you are signed in and online, then reopen the shared calendar. Pull to refresh where available. Personal and Apple Calendar items may be local by design and will not appear for other people.
Open Me → Planli account → Delete account, review what will be removed and type DELETE to confirm. Read the full deletion guide.
